Responsibilities

• Provide sales advice and solutions to help customers make purchasing decisions.
• Analyze customer needs and customize personalized sales plans.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
• Have good consulting and customer service skills.
• Be familiar with product features and market competition.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Consulting skills: Ability to provide customers with professional product or service recommendations.
• Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the products or services sold and the ability to answer customer questions.
• Customer Relationships: Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships and increase customer loyalty.
• Problem Solving: Ability to quickly and accurately resolve customer issues or difficulties.
