Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage relationships with existing customers.
• Communicate regularly with customers to understand their needs and feedback.
• Handle customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Have good customer service and problem solving skills.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Customer Service: Able to provide customers with high-quality services and establish good customer relationships.
• Problem Resolution: Ability to resolve customer issues or complaints quickly and effectively.
• Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and politely with customers and maintain customer relationships.
• Customer maintenance: Able to follow up with customers regularly, understand customer needs, and provide personalized services.
