Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Liaise with marketing team to develop marketing plan and other creative strategies to reach the company’s target audience.
  • Advice clients on different home types, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Arrange site visits for prospective clients, inspections of property, advising them on the suitably and value of the homes they are visiting.
  • Monitor sales as they proceed and liaising with all interested internal and external parties including Finance, Prospects and mortgage companies.
  • Sell homes by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance from inception to when first payment is made, thereafter, the client should be handed over to the Facility Team when property is completed.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on real estate industry trends, market activities and competitors.
  • Ensure all paperwork is properly filled out; Reservation Form, Offer Letter, Sales & Purchase Agreement, Sublease, Agreement, payment receipts, statement of accounts.
  • Create and maintain an up-to-date database of all new, prospective and enquiry clients with correct contact details
  • Represent Quao Realty at trade shows, exhibitions and fairs.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional activities.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Perform any other jobs as specified by management
