Scope of Work:

Location Preference : We are primarily interested in office spaces located in the following areas: Dzorwulu, East Legon, or other areas in close proximity to the Airport.

Facility Specifications:

Size : A minimum of 6 rooms, which can potentially accommodate

– 25-30 seat capacity conference room

– 3 individual offices

– 1 room for shared table space (4 minimum)

– 1 kitchen

– Dedicated restrooms or access

Amenities

Access to reliable water supply, robust security measures, including possible CCTV surveillance, and access control systems.

Infrastructure Requirements:

Adequate power supply to support our operational needs, including a standby power plant for constant electricity.

High-speed internet connectivity to ensure seamless communication and productivity.

Layout plan of the building to inform security and internet networking decisions. Plans should include any network cabling that has been installed and power plug locations.

Facility Management Services:

We require a managed office space where facility management responsibilities, including maintenance, cleaning services, waste management and security, are handled by the owner or designated property management team.

Response Format and Deadline

We request that interested landlords or property managers respond to this RFP by email to [email protected] by May 20, 2024 .

The response should include the following information:

  •  A brief introduction of the landlord or property manager and their experience in leasing commercial office space.
  •  A description of the office space, including the size, location, layout, infrastructure, amenities, and photos or floor plans.
  •  A summary of the lease terms, including the rent, duration, deposit, renewal options, and termination clauses. eLpBljZ BIpnb
  •  A list of references from previous or current tenants who have leased similar office space from the landlord or property manager.
  •  A contact person and their phone number and email address for further communication.

Selection Criteria and Process

We will evaluate the responses based on the following criteria:

  •  The suitability of the office space for our organizations needs and objectives.
  •  The competitiveness of the rent and other costs.
  •  The flexibility and negotiability of the lease terms.
  •  The reputation and reliability of the landlord or property manager.

We will shortlist the most promising options and contact them for further discussion and site visits. We aim to finalize our decision and sign the lease agreement by June 20, 2024.
