About the role:
This position will carry out general administrative duties as well as prepare and proof reports, manage bookings and scheduling, playing a vital role in the report proofing process.
The ideal candidate will have well-developed organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication will also be key.
In order to be considered for this position, a one-page pitch will be required. This should encompass your administrative skills according to previous experience in an administrative role.
Duties:
- Provide assistance to the team through preparation and proofing of reports
- Maintenance of files, records and data entry
- Scheduling, booking and calendar management
- Development of administrative documents and processes
- Cooperate effectively with the team, carrying out ad hoc duties as required
Required experience/skills
- Exceptional attenton to detail and strict adherance to policy and legislation
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure
- Experience carrying out time-sensitive tasks
- The ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
Desirable experience/skills
- Experience and understanding of applying policy and legislation in the reporting space
