Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:



  • Scheduling and Communication: Managing calendars, arranging meetings and travel, and handling of malls and phone calls for executives
  • Document Preparation: Creating reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Office Management Maintaining filing systems, databases, and overseeing office supplies.
  • Project Support Assisting with projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelors degree in business administration, management, office administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience as an admin officer or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Offices Sulte
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills.
