Role Purpose:
The Software Developer will design, build, and maintain financial technology solutions that enhance credit risk management, customer experience, and operational efficiency. This role is central to the company’s digital transformation strategy, enabling secure, scalable, and innovative financial services in Ghana’s competitive credit market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development
- Develop and maintain web and mobile applications for loan processing, customer portals, and digital payments.
- Integrate APIs for mobile money, banking systems, and third-party fintech platforms.
- System Optimisation
- Enhance existing software systems to improve performance, security, and scalability.
- Automate workflows to reduce manual processes and errors.
- Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and finance teams to embed analytics into applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
- Innovation & Security
- Implement secure coding practices to protect sensitive financial data.
- Explore emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, cloud computing) for fintech innovation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in software development (preferably fintech or financial services).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Flutter for front-end/mobile development.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with Ghana’s financial ecosystem and mobile money integration.
