Senior Full Stack Engineer – PYTHON/TYPESCRIPT At Henderson Scott

Seeking a tenacious, motivated and committed individual to join a dynamic digital transformational specialist with key responsibility to drive growth across the business.

Providing a broad portfolio of services across Cloud, Data Centre & Networking my client is an established brand with broad experience providing cutting edge Technology & Managed Services.

You will be involved in:

• Driving net new growth across both existing accounts and new business within the UK landscape
• Exploring and driving digital transformational conversations through expert customer engagement
• Own the complete sales process with strategic oversight of deals and accounts over 3-5-year period
• Key responsibility in developing internal relationships, collaborating with specialist teams to map capability to sales messaging
• Design and implement the GTM strategy – generating sustained and consistent pipeline to meet quarterly & annual targets
• Engaging at all levels including C Suite – understanding customer pain points to map out relevant solution(s) to each customer
• Targeting SME and Enterprise space – supporting potential large complex deals

• Confident, driven, motivated seller with the ability to converse up to C suite – comfortable with business-critical conversations
• Extensive experience in new business and/or strategic account management – providing evidence of solution selling within IT Services Sector across Cloud (Hybrid Cloud, Data Centre, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN & MDM
• Consistent track record in achieving/overachieving to sales targets/plans
