Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  •  Making sales of maize and other crops on time
  • Overseeing general corporate sales
  • Coordinating all sales activities
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints
  • Determining price schedules
  • Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners on sales
  • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
  • Setting sales quotas and goals
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
  • Defining and executing territory sales plans

Requirements:

  •  3-5years of FMCG and B2Bsales experience.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Share a start up company mindset, self-starter and very comfortable with getting things up and running from scratch.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

 Preferred

  •  Experience in maize sales will be an added advantage
