
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Making sales of maize and other crops on time
- Overseeing general corporate sales
- Coordinating all sales activities
- Preparing sales budgets and projections
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Determining price schedules
- Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners on sales
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Setting sales quotas and goals
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
- Defining and executing territory sales plans
Requirements:
- 3-5years of FMCG and B2Bsales experience.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Share a start up company mindset, self-starter and very comfortable with getting things up and running from scratch.
- Active listening skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Preferred
- Experience in maize sales will be an added advantage
