Our rental attendants work in a frontline customer service role by selling rental products to our guests as well as assisting fitting guests with the appropriate clothing and equipment to ensure the guests enjoy their experience at the resort. Applicants must be able to understand the various rental products and the needs of individual customers and must also undertake an in-house binding certification course. You will exceed our guest’s expectations and assure the smooth delivery of day-to-day operations of the business.

In a typical day in this role, you might:

  • Assist guest with rental equipment
  • Assist with equipment repairs when needed
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of boot room
  • Take the daily inventory of available products

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A high work ethic and an ability to multi-task
  • Previous experience in a rental outlet will be highly regarded (Ski and/or snowboard highly desirable)
  • Knowledge of our resorts and the products and services is highly desirable

Employment start dates will vary depending on the role and snow conditions, but most roles start in June and finish in late September.
