We are looking for a reliable Manager of Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues. Candidate must be analytical and creative and should always coming up with new ways to satisfy needs and encourage workers. They help design enforce quality controls in order to maintain company standards. Candidate must beable to help communicate expectations to employees and provide coaching and corrective action when needed. Must be excellent communicators with a strong desire to help others.

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, implement, and improve company quality standards.
• Analyze data in order to find areas for growth.
• Assist in the recruiting process.
• Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.
• Create reports to track progress.
• Formulate strategies to increase productivity.
• Review processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends.
• Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections.
• Ensure all legal standards are met.
• Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action.
• Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output

• Bachelor’s degree or associate’s with experience in the field.
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
• Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
• Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions and metrics.
• Ability to analyze data and create and review processes.
• Eye for details.
