- Proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the Chief Executive by prioritising and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.
- Plan and organise travel and accommodation when required
- Deal with all correspondence and calls, drafting routine letters to a high standard, meeting minutes, taking messages and other administrative tasks as required to support the Chief Executive.
- Provide support for Management/BOD meetings by ensuring meetings are properly arranged and serviced; this includes drafting agendas, collating papers and reports, taking minutes and following up action points
- Act as the Monitoring & Evaluation Officer in respect of all projected activities to monitor, record progress and provide feedback to necessary stakeholders
- Plan and manage key organisational events such as Budget Meetings, Monthly Briefings, Vendor Meetings, Staff Durbars, and others as required

- Minimum of HND/First Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Must have at least 3 years experience of providing high-level administrative support in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge and use of IT packages especially MS Word & Excel; able to draft routine correspondence and reports
- Ability to take accurate minutes, including being able to interpret and sum up complex discussions concisely
- Experience of managing and planning projects, conferences and events
- Ability to convey information to people clearly and simply
- Strong consultative, analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work with little or no supervision
- Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills
- Tact, diplomacy and calmness, especially when dealing with internal & external clients
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
