Position : Customer Service Representive (English and German)
Job description
- A Proctor assists a test taker in getting them into their exams.
- Maintain Academic Integrity during the proctoring process and complete multiple proctoring tasks at the same time without sacrificing customer service or efficiency.
- A proctor demonstrates basic troubleshooting skills before transferring a test taker to a technician to maintain continuity of service.

- Must be fluent in English and German.
- Must be flexible as our schedule is subject to change constantly 24/7.
- Must be able to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding problem solving and organisational abilities.
- Must have ZDB2 or ZDFB or any related certification approved by an accredited German institutions in Ghana.
