Responsibilities and Duties
- Respond to online customer questions promptly and accurately.
- Collect user feedback and make appropriate product optimization suggestions.
- Actively cooperate to complete temporary tasks.
- Respond to work messages on time during working hours.
- Work online, you can work from anywhere you like.
Qualification and Requirements
- College graduate.
- Fluent in English reading and writing.
- Be patient, and careful, and have strong learning ability.
- Have a personal computer and a good network signal.
- Be able to answer calls (Telegram) and remote access (troubleshooting only) during emergencies.
Working Time: Full Time: 7 hours per day (Monday to Friday) (6:00 pm – 01:00 am Ghana time)
Training program: 15 working days
Note: The working hours for the first 10 training days are 05:00 am-10:00 am Ghana time, 5 hours per day.
Thereafter, your working hours will be from 6:00 pm to 01:00 am, 7 hours a day.
Payment
- Training period: 1.2 USD/hour
- Regular period: 2 USD/hour
