Responsible for providing general Human Resources support services and employee services initiatives across the resort via emails, telephone, or face to face enquiries and assist with daily tasks including (but not limited to) employee housing, uniforms, Workers Compensation, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, staff events & communication, surveys, reward & recognition programs, and systems support to staff access portals.

Previous experience working in an HR or administration role and/or studies in HR would be looked upon favourably. If you have a specific interest or experience in workers compensation, Injury management or employee communications please let us know in your application.

In a typical day in this role, you might:

  • Assist with any Face-to-face enquiries that come through.
  • Answer any incoming calls and transfer accordingly.
  • Organise all staff files and administrative records and maintain confidentiality.
  • Assisting with day-to-day tasks/errands.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop good working relationships with all levels of staff.
  • An enthusiastic and welcoming attitude.
  • A high level of computer literacy, experience using Microsoft Office would be highly regarded.

Employment start dates will vary depending on the role and snow conditions, but most roles start in June and finish in late September.
