Job Description/Requirements

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure and oversee accurate requirements elicitation and scope documentation for every implementation, maintaining strong focus on delivering priorities, holding others to account for delivery, and swiftly responding to changing requirements.
  • Ensure successful project delivery from “initiation” to “closure” using company-defined processes and PM tools to support the delivery of customer-centered solutions and staying abreast with progress and performance of all customer projects.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by communicating promptly and effectively with all customers including internal management, executives of customer organizations (banks, and merchants) as well as partners and 3rd party vendors on technical and commercial topics, project progress and escalations.
  • Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues, recommend appropriate mitigants or action.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, software development, quality assurance, and operations teams, partners, and 3rd party suppliers/vendors to implement customer solutions.
  • Facilitate project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences (senior management, business users, technical staff, and customers) as may be required.
  • Gather and report detailed performance data against key indicators, to generate actionable improvements, decisions, and project success.
  • Preparing an annual budget for the unit.
  • Track performance on count and volume to sustain business growth.
  • Merchant Services Management and quality customer service
  • Monitor growth in the merchant acceptance on POS and Web channel.
  • Formulation of policies, its implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of operational strategies to achieve the company’s overall goals.
  • Advise Management on product performance, product development, pricing and other recommendations arising from market information.

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years’ experience, at least 5 of which must be at managerial level in a Bank or financial Institution.
