Last year, we added a professional network where talent help each other earn, learn, and grow. We’ve raised $142M in funding from leading Silicon Valley investors, including Coatue, Tiger Global, Coinbase Ventures, IDEO, Blockchange, Uprising, True Ventures, Homebrew, ACME + more.

About The Role

BTRST was recently added to the Base public bridge and is already listed on Coinbase. The Coinbase Pay integration launching eminently will allow talent to buy BTRST directly in the Braintrust platform. Professionals already earn substantial BTRST for referring talent and clients to Braintrust. With this addition, a roadmap of token experiments, and a robust reward system design, we are looking for the right Growth Product Manager to define and run the system of token, packaging, pricing, loyalty, community, and other growth loops to unlock token value and network growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Launch the token economy, gamification, pricing and packaging, notification, reward, and referral dynamics to create network effects.
• Nurture and grow value for the talent community.
• Instrument and develop a working knowledge of all key levers and define the growth loops focused on talent engagement, monetization, and token value.
• Ideate, define, and execute the product-led growth tokenomics strategy.
• Take a data-informed, approach to identify, prioritize, execute, and measure the success of experiments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product management and growth experience shipping consumer products in rapid-growth, high-autonomy environments
• Growth product, web3, gamification, loyalty, or community experience are a plus.
• A self-directed, execution, and impact-focused professional who thrives in an asynchronous, remote-first, performance-driven company
• Deep understanding of customer lifetime journeys, community dynamics, and thorough knowledge of strategies for acquisition, engagement, monetization, retention, re-activation
• Define, communicate, and manage experimentation roadmaps that grow BTRST token value
• Deep analytical expertise: you should be able to get at the data you need and help the team instrument and set the foundation.
• Experience developing a growth experimentation framework, including hypothesis generation, experiment design, and measurement of results.
• Effective and concise written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with SQL, Spreadsheets, and data storytelling.
