Job Description
- Organize documents; prepare and code data for entry into the computer system.
- Enter data into the system via online terminals and other data entry devices; verify for accuracy and completeness.
- Investigate and reconcile any discrepancies in files.
- Answer phone; screen calls; respond to any inquiries or transfer calls to the appropriate office or individual; compose correspondence in response to inquiries.
- Maintain a library of any reference material needed to ensure accurate coding.
- File material into the proper location.
- Assist with other work processing or other tasks as needed
Qualification Required & Experience
- HND
- A bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field is desirable.
- 2 years’work experience
- Good command of English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
