The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, analysing, and interpreting data to support informed business decision-making. The role involves gathering data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, identifying trends and patterns, preparing reports, and developing dashboards and data visualisations. The Data Analyst will work closely with different departments to understand business requirements, translate data into meaningful insights, and provide timely analysis that supports operational efficiency, performance monitoring, and strategic planning.
The role will also involve maintaining databases, monitoring key performance indicators, identifying data quality issues, and recommending improvements based on analytical findings. Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical role.
- Proven experience in data collection, cleaning, analysis, interpretation, reporting, and visualisation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other data analysis or business intelligence tools.
- Experience developing dashboards, performance reports, KPIs, and data-driven management reports.
- Strong understanding of databases, data quality, statistical analysis, and data management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to convert complex data into practical recommendations that support business decisions.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and a high level of professional integrity.
