Preston Rowe Paterson has an exciting opportunity for a Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) to become part of our team based at our Dubbo and Bathurst offices.

We are seeking someone experienced and self-motivated to complete valuations throughout the Central West & Central Table Land regions.

In this role, you will be continually interacting with our stakeholders and clients, both in person and through our expanding software. This role may also suit someone looking for an opportunity to harness their own client network and take active responsibility for business growth.

To apply for this role, applicants must have:

  • CPV accreditation.
  • Current API Membership.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional deadline and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated history within the valuation industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills.
  • The willingness to establish solid working relationships within the industry.
  • The ability to ‘think outside the box’ and assist in developing our business.
  • An overall passion for the property industry.
  • An Australian driver’s license and own a personal motor vehicle; and
  • A Federal Police Clearance.

Remuneration to be discussed upon application and will be based on your experience.
