Centre Administrator At Green Leaves Early Learning

At Green Leaves Early Learning Centres, we take pride in building innovative and sustainable learning environments in our state-of-the-art, purpose-built centres. Our High Wycombe centre will be one of our next centres opening in Mid 2024!

About the role

  • Welcome children and families with a friendly and professional demeanour whilst maintaining security by recording all visits
  • Conduct visitor tours, and assist with children enrolments and new team orientations
  • Utilise our Salesforce and Qikkids systems, to manage parents accounts and monitor ongoing payments with follow-up as required
  • Prioritise tasks, focusing on managing phone, email, and walk-in queries with relevant information as per company procedure
  • Liaise with external suppliers/contractors and report back to the Centre Director with quotes/expenditure requests for submission (as per company procedure)
  • Perform general administrative tasks in an accurate, reliable, and honest manner
  • Available to work Monday to Friday

Skills and qualifications required:

  • High proficiency in the QikKids software system is desirable
  • Working knowledge of CCSS (Child Care Subsidy System) Guidelines
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge in the Microsoft Suite
  • Highly organised with proven experience juggling a wide range of demands and priorities to produce work of high quality and consistently meet deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service skills – both written and verbal with the ability to handle difficult conversations
  • Current Working with Children’s Check
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
  • Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
  • Happy to participate in a full police check (paid for by us)
