Job Description/Requirements
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling inquiries, reservations, and providing assistance with their accommodation needs. You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experience and ensuring a seamless booking experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from and to guests regarding reservations, availability, amenities, and other inquiries.
- Provide personalized assistance and recommendations to guests based on their preferences and requirements.
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently using our booking system.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a call center environment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
- Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
