Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Van Salesman Cum Driver for our Client to join a dairy distribution team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving a refrigerated or dry delivery van, selling and delivering fresh dairy products (milk, yogurt, cheese, laban, etc.) to retail outlets, supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, and HORECA customers. The role requires a strong sales mindset, route management skills, and a clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities
Driving & Logistics

• Safely operate a company-assigned delivery van (refrigerated/non-refrigerated) across assigned routes.
• Perform daily vehicle checks (oil, fuel, coolant, tire pressure, refrigeration unit if applicable).
• Ensure timely loading and unloading of dairy products while maintaining cold chain integrity.
• Adhere to all Saudi traffic laws, company safety policies, and delivery schedules.

Sales & Merchandising

• Actively sell the company’s dairy portfolio to existing and potential customers.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships; resolve complaints or quality issues on the spot.
• Collect cash/credit payments daily and issue invoices/sales receipts.
• Ensure proper shelf rotation (FIFO – First In, First Out) and product facing in retail stores.
• Identify new sales points and report competitor activities.

Documentation & Reporting

• Complete daily sales sheets, route reports, and collection summaries.
• Reconcile cash, credit, and product returns with the sales supervisor.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs or route challenges promptly.
