Position : Sales Representative – Achimota Accra
Role Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of automotive spare parts. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in spare parts or automotive sales and a strong understanding of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach garages, workshops and transport Yards.
- Promote and sell automotive spare parts
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct product presentations and advise customers on suitable parts
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Follow up on leads and close sales
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly sales targets
- New client acquisition.
- Sales conversion rate
- Customer retention
Required profile for job ad : Sales Representative – Achimota Accra
Education & Experience:
- Minimum: HND or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–3 years proven sales experience (MANDATORY)
- Experience in automotive industry or spare parts sales (MANDATORY)
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of automotive spare parts
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Must have a valid Driver’s License (Class B) – REQUIRED
- Must be based in Tema or Accra
- Existing network with mechanics, workshops, or spare parts dealers is a strong advantage
