Position : Travel Agent – Accra
We are looking for a Travel Agent.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with booking Hajj & Umrah packages, including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Provide guidance on visa processing, travel regulations, and religious requirements
- Offer expert advice to ensure a smooth and comfortable pilgrimage journey
- Stay up to date with Saudi Arabia’s Umrah policies and travel guidelines
- Deliver outstanding customer service and respond to inquiries professionally

Qualifications:
- Experience in Hajj & Umrah travel (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Minimum bachelor’s degree required
- Must be highly fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent email writing and composition skills
