QUALIFICATION: 1ST DEGREE

EXPERIENCE:

  • Metallurgy and extrusion technical know how
  • Continuous improvement tools and process
  • KPI deployment and follow up
  • Application and formalization of standards and procedures
  • Know how formalization and transmission to the teams
  • Work in teams

Project management

Quality, Health, Safety and Environment

 

  • Is responsible for the safety in production and of all the people working and visiting the production.
  • Takes any actions improving the security or informs his Management of safety issues.
  • Respects and enforces the quality, safety, health and environment rules in the performance of his day day-to-day activities.

Management & Leadership

 

  • Leads and motivate teams/workgroups to achieve project goals
  • Provides clear direction and setting expectations for teams
  • Reporting on project progress, issues and outcomes
  • Conduct regular teams meeting to discuss progress, challenges and solutions.

Technical

 

  • Define or /and update the BOM and routines for standard and new products.
  • Update parameters for costing of new products and update of existing products
  • Manage and follow the homologation process of new raw materials
  • Manage and follow up the homologation process of all new finished goods
  • Define and update the machine & product technical standards to be used by the production teams
  • Support the production team in all technical issues on products and machines, on the choice of the right tools
  • Participate or manage improvement projects focused on cost reduction: material consumption, OEE, productivity… etc
  • Supports Production manager to improve Production performance by coordinating production supervision
