Company Overview:

Our client is a leading provider of community and health services throughout Queensland. As part of their growth and commitment to excellence, they are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join their project and deliver the implementation of a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Payroll system. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the organisational development, training, and communication of the roll out, ensuring a smooth transition and maximising the benefits of this transformative project. Reporting to the Project Change Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with the key stakeholders to develop the key architectures of this change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Management Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for the implementation of the new HRIS and Payroll system.
  • Organisational Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current business processes and evaluate opportunities for improvement.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver engaging communications to ensure stakeholders are informed and supportive of the upcoming changes.
  • Training: Design and conduct training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills to navigate and maximise the new HRIS and Payroll system.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with the implementation and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • A Tertiary Qualification in Business, HR, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in change management, preferably in HRIS and Payroll system implementations.
  • Strong understanding of organisational development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement training programs around complex system changes.
