About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the organization’s end-to-end supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for procurement, inventory management, logistics, supplier relationships, demand planning, and distribution while ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee procurement, sourcing, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and distribution activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
• Lead supplier evaluation, selection, negotiation, and performance management.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing holding costs.
• Develop demand forecasts and coordinate supply planning to meet business requirements.
• Oversee logistics and transportation operations to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs and performance standards.
• Identify opportunities to reduce procurement, logistics, and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage supply chain risks and develop appropriate contingency and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, production, and other departments to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Analyze supply chain data and prepare regular management reports.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain and logistics teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and adoption of supply chain technology.
