Position : Student Recruiter / Digital Marketing Officer – Near Cocoa Clinic, Kaneshie Accra
We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven Student Recruiter/Digital Marketing Officer who will be responsible for generating and managing leads, increasing brand visibility, and driving student applications to top universities abroad. The role requires a combination of digital marketing expertise, student engagement skills, and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to attract prospective students to our services.
- Manage social media channels, website content, and email marketing to generate leads and increase conversions.
- Conduct online webinars, info sessions, and virtual fairs to engage prospective students and educate them about study-abroad opportunities.
- Work closely with students to understand their academic goals and match them with the best programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with international universities, colleges, and educational institutions to ensure the best options for students.
- Develop and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive traffic and improve student enrollment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content (blogs, videos, infographics) for digital platforms.
- Monitor, track, and analyze key performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and guide them throughout the application process.
- Organize and attend recruitment events, fairs, and exhibitions, both online and offline.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and student recruitment (experience in the education sector is a plus).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Proficient with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, social media platforms, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire prospective students.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Passion for education and helping students pursue international opportunities.
- Knowledge of the international education landscape and the application process for studying abroad.
