We are seeking a Stock Control Officer to join our team. This role involves overseeing the receipt, storage, and transfer of pharmaceutical stock, ensuring accurate inventory management and preventing product expiries. The position requires working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented professional environment.
Missions:

• Inventory Management: Maintain up-to-date stock records, monitor daily stock movements, and coordinate comprehensive stock-take exercises to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Operational Compliance: Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), apply FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) principles, and ensure shelves are systematically organized alphabetically for easy access and audit readiness.
• Reporting and Documentation: Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock activity, discrepancies, and inventory status to the Branch Manager for review and decision-making.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels, coordinate replenishments, and ensure compliance with inventory policies.
• Stock Optimization: Implement strategies to minimize stock wastage, optimize stock rotation, and ensure the availability of pharmaceuticals to meet demand.
