We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Software Sales & Marketing Executive [Entry Level]. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various sales strategies, including in-person prospecting and outbound calling
- Collaborate with existing clients to understand their needs, streamline processes, and reduce costs
- Conduct thorough customer needs analyses, create proposals and presentations, and demonstrate our products
- Meet with decision-makers, understand their corporate goals, and tailor sales plans accordingly
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and become an expert on the features of the software solutions
- Understand and address customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions based on their needs
- Follow up on leads and ensure internal systems are updated
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
- Communicate effectively with clients at all business and technical levels
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers
- Monitor and maintain our social media presence, including posting regular updates and engaging with followers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for digital channels
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a degree required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
