Software Sales & Digital Marketing Executive At Powersoft System


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Software Sales & Marketing Executive [Entry Level]. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our software solutions.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various sales strategies, including in-person prospecting and outbound calling
  • Collaborate with existing clients to understand their needs, streamline processes, and reduce costs
  • Conduct thorough customer needs analyses, create proposals and presentations, and demonstrate our products
  • Meet with decision-makers, understand their corporate goals, and tailor sales plans accordingly
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and become an expert on the features of the software solutions
  • Understand and address customer inquiries, providing appropriate solutions based on their needs
  • Follow up on leads and ensure internal systems are updated
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Communicate effectively with clients at all business and technical levels
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers
  • Monitor and maintain our social media presence, including posting regular updates and engaging with followers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for digital channels
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a degree required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
