Position : Shop Attendant – Nungua
Role Summary
The Shop Attendant will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the shop and ensuring customers receive excellent service.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Arrange and organize bottled water, beverages, and disposable products neatly on shelves.
- Ensure the shop is kept clean, tidy, and well organized at all times.
- Sweep and mop the shop floor daily and clean any dirty areas whenever necessary.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service.
- Assist customers with their purchases and respond to their enquiries and needs politely.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and report low stock levels when necessary.
- Maintain a neat, presentable, and welcoming shop environment.
- Perform any other related duties assigned to support the smooth running of the shop.

Requirements
- Must be honest, trustworthy, hardworking, and responsible.
- Must be punctual and committed to work.
- Must have good communication and customer service skills.
- Must be neat, organized, and attentive to detail.
- Previous experience as a Shop Attendant or in a similar customer service role will be an advantage.
- Must be willing and able to work from Monday to Saturday within the stated working hours.
- Must be willing to comply with the shop’s policies, procedures, and workplace rules.
