Job Description
As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate with technology teams to deliver high-quality designs that captivate customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Providing brand and design expertise to support decision-making processes, ensuring an enhanced user experience for our products.
• Leading and managing design projects from conception to completion, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including product managers, designers, developers, and agencies, to implement design strategies successfully.
• Promoting a culture of innovation by organizing internal creative workshops and external meetups.
• Keeping abreast of technological and design trends, experimenting with promising ideas.
• Challenging the status quo, driving improvements in both the team and product.
• Conducting research to inform user-oriented design decisions and problem-solving.
• Ensuring all UX designs are efficient and user-friendly, leveraging your passion and expertise.
• Producing and presenting high-resolution designs, incorporating feedback from team members and clients.
• Preparing design artifacts for user testing and capturing feedback to refine designs.
• Annotating design deliverables to facilitate clear communication with the development team and support implementation.
• Building design components to ensure product consistency and scalability in collaboration with front-end engineers.
• Proven experience in a similar design role, with a minimum of 3-5 years of design experience, preferably within the iGaming sector.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other relevant design software.
• A passion for innovation and a willingness to experiment with emerging design trends and technologies.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with frequent technological changes and opportunities.
• Embracing positive change, demonstrating agility and flexibility in your work approach.
While not required, the following qualifications and skills would be advantageous:
• Understanding of mixed reality UX (AR/VR-XR).
• 3D design capabilities and experience with game engines like Unity or Unreal.
• Familiarity with Web 3.0 technologies, such as NFTs and smart contract programming languages.
