TGRG Pulp Company Limited (The Good Roll Africa) is seeking a Senior Electrician for our factory site in Akosombo. You will be responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electrical systems and machinery to minimize downtime and ensure maximum operational safety.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on factory machinery, control panels, generators, and power lines.
• Rapidly diagnose and repair complex electrical faults on production lines (e.g., Sheetline).
• Install, program, and commission motors, drives, PLCs, and industrial controls.
• Strictly enforce electrical safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Maintain precise maintenance logs and assist in managing electrical spare parts inventory.
• Guide and supervise junior technicians during repairs and operational projects.
