Key Tasks:
• Develop scientific and robust methodologies for impact execution (Measurements & Evaluations)
• Lead measurements and evaluations of all products, services, promotions, Events and commercial interventions to inform decision making actions.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly commercial performance reporting to War room and Commercial leadership.
• Mine data and extract relevant insights for commercial decision
• Develop automated dashboards for commercial
• Support in developing CLTV and CVS measures for improving customer
• Evaluate commercial performance at national, regional and district levels comparing to targets and business objectives.
• Track Marketing Opex to ensure it is within budget to deliver on business
• Reconcile monthly Opex spend to ensure there are no disparities vs
• Report on monthly departmental spend to respective Marketing
• Perform Return on Objective/Return on Investment analysis for Commercial
• Implement profitability analysis using cost of production and activity-based
• Update commercial health dashboard and CoP Dashboards
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that Cost of production model is updated and refreshed
• Track subscribers by segment (HVC, MVC, LVC) and revenues drivers
• Perform commercial root cause analysis continuously to ensure understanding with respect to revenue drivers for voice, data, Home, SMS, and incoming.
• Lead end of month and end of Quarter operational revenue reporting of voice, SMS, Data, Home, and digital.

Qualification Required & Experience
Education:
• First degree in Finance/ Accounting or a related discipline
• A post graduate degree/ MBA or Professional Certification will be an advantage.
Experience:
• 5 years’ relevant work experience in Telecoms/ Technology/ Fintech industry with at least 3 years experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience working in a global/multinational enterprise (understanding commercial impact assessment)
