Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and well-organized Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support. The successful candidate will ensure smooth office operations, manage communications, and support daily coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities



  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office calendars
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and records
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and office documentation
  • Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous manner
