The school is looking for a Design/Art Teaching Assistant to support and collaborate with Teachers in the delivery of lessons. The Teaching Assistant’s tasks will also include; preparing, setting up, checking equipment, and obtaining supplies as needed for the program.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Degree in technology and other relevant fields, such as robotics, computer design,art and woodworking.
Experience and Skills
- Well-equipped with technical design and practical skills such as working with wood, a kiln and electrical tools.
- Demonstrated experience in making prototypes/models.
- Ability to learn new concepts/skills quickly.
- Demonstrable interest and experience in researching a variety of technologies and methods.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
