Position : Science Instructor – Accra
We are seeking a Science Instructor to join our team. This position involves delivering engaging, hands-on science activities designed to inspire and educate children aged 4–12 in Accra. The role offers flexibility, requiring availability in the afternoons, typically from 2pm onwards, to accommodate program schedules and activities.
Missions:
- Plan and deliver fun, interactive science sessions tailored to children’s age groups.
- Organize and facilitate after-school clubs, science camps, shows, and themed parties.
- Create an entertaining and educational environment that fosters curiosity and learning.
- Engage children with hands-on experiments and practical demonstrations to enhance their understanding of scientific concepts.
- Ensure safety and proper supervision during all activities while maintaining a lively and encouraging atmosphere.

Essential Requirements
Candidates must have:
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Strong acting and performance skills
- The ability to build rapport and connect with children
- A good sense of humour and the ability to engage and entertain children
- A confident and engaging presentation style
- Excellent spoken English
- A sound knowledge of basic science
- Some experience of working with children aged 4–12, whether in education, entertainment, sports, childcare or another relevant setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable punctuality and reliability
- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
