Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook local and continental meals according to the school’s menus and dietary requirements.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation at all times.
• Collaborate with management to plan menus, manage inventory, and control food costs.
• Ensure kitchen and dining areas are kept clean, safe, and well organized.
• Comply with health and safety regulations, food handling policies, and school standards.
