we are hiring  an experienced Sales Supervisor with experience selling building materials such as cement, paint, Iron rods, tiles and others for our building materials company.
Responsibilities :
the sales supervisor will be responsible for

• Understanding customer needs and offer solutions ans support
• Organizing and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules
• Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches or digital resources
• Receiving and reporting on all sales leads
• Supervising sales representatives
• Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
• Working with sales team and track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Meeting all sales quotas and goals
• Assisting sales representatives and team to meet and exceed sales targets and goals
