Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:



Sales Generation:

  • Proactively seek out and approach potential customers to promote our products/services.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.

Product/Service Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Educate customers on product/service offerings and provide recommendations based on their needs.

Sales Support:

  • Provide support to customers throughout the sales process, including answering inquiries, providing quotes, and assisting with order processing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM software.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and confident negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Must be more professional
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
