Required Profile
We are looking for motivated, disciplined, and customer-focused individuals who are passionate about building a successful career in sales and financial services.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of a Senior High School (SHS) certificate. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or insurance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the use of smartphones for business communication is an advantage.
