Position : Sales Executive (Automotive) – Community 25, Tema

We are looking for a Sales Executive (Automotive).
Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Utilise technical sales skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailor-made solutions.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of truck models, features, and specifications, as well as spare parts, effectively showcasing their benefits to customers.
  • Interact with customers to provide information about spare parts or heavy-duty trucks, consulting with the Commercial Manager when necessary.
  • Liaise with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans.
  • Anticipate sales and prepare sales reports and customer databases.
  • Establish contact with target customers through various communication channels and provide solutions based on analysed customer value.
  • Conduct market research related to spare parts and trucks offered by the company to create marketing materials and educate customers.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding product lines and recommend changes based on sales trends or customer feedback.
  • Recommend support services, such as maintenance and repairs, to users of trucks and parts during sales pitches.
  • Assist in developing promotions to drive retail sales and profitability.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Work with the Commercial Manager to respond to customer requests and maintain open communication channels for accurate information.
