Position : Sales and Marketing Specialist – Accra
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, and supporting the sales team. Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage social media channels, email marketing, and website content to drive online presence.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, ads, and digital content.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and support the sales team in closing deals.
- Develop and optimize content for landing pages, email campaigns, and online ads.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Track and analyze customer engagement to refine marketing efforts.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, using analytics tools to measure success.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing strategies for better engagement and conversion.
- Continuously test and improve marketing initiatives to maximize ROI.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Excellent communication, creativity, and content creation skills.
