What you’ll be doing:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Sales and Marketing Assistant (Entry-Level) to support client outreach, marketing campaigns, and social media content creation at Vaska Freelancers.
The selected candidate will assist with sales activities, engage with potential clients, and help execute marketing strategies, while also creating engaging, trend-driven short-form video content to grow Vaska’s online presence and drive leads.
This role is ideal for individuals who understand social media trends, are comfortable on camera, and can balance creativity with business-focused tasks. It offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and content creation in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns.
- Support client outreach and follow-ups through email, social media, and calls.
- Help create and manage marketing content across digital platforms.
- Track and report on campaign performance and audience engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and potential clients.
- Develop content across entertainment, educational, conversion, and interview formats

Required Qualifications
- Active on social media with strong trend awareness.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: GHS 700 – 800 per month
- Commission: 5% on any sales you generate
