Position : Sales and Customer Experience Officer – Ghana – Fully Remote
We are seeking a smart, target-driven Sales and Customer Experience Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, vendors, resellers, and strategic partners.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and propose tailored gift card solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to onboard new vendors and corporate clients.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, rates, and terms aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor account performance, client usage trends, and transaction volumes.
- Provide clients with performance reports, insights, and recommendations to maximize engagement.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and bulk gift card requests for clients.
- Work collaboratively with the Customer Support Team to ensure efficient resolution of partner-related issues.
- Stay informed on gift card industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Requirements:
- Must reside in Ghana.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or business development (experience in fintech, e-commerce, or gift card industry is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding relationship-building KPIs.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
