The Sales & Cashier Officer will be responsible for serving customers at the warehouse, processing sales transactions, receiving payments, and ensuring accurate order fulfilment. The role requires excellent customer service, cash-handling accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced FMCG wholesale environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and process product orders accurately.
• Promote and sell FMCG products to wholesalers, and other customers.
• Receive and accurately account for cash, mobile money, and other customer payments.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate daily sales and cash records.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate picking and timely fulfilment of customer orders.
• Reconcile daily sales and collections and promptly report any discrepancies.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide professional service.
• Support proper stock handling and report any stock discrepancies or issues.
