Position : Retail and Business Operations Team Lead – Ghana
We are seeking a Retail and Business Operations Team Lead to join our team. This role involves overseeing daily store activities, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction while aligning with brand standards in a dynamic retail environment.
Missions:
- Ensure the store opens and operates according to schedule every day to guarantee smooth business continuity.
- Supervise daily banking and cash management procedures in compliance with established policies.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to local customer behaviors and market trends to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor merchandise delivery, verify stock accuracy, and maintain optimal reorder levels based on customer preferences and sales trends.
- Communicate regularly with customers regarding products, discounts, promotions, and available services to enhance customer engagement.
- Coordinate with external consultants and vendors to support store operations and initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency and uniformity across all in-store displays and promotional materials.
- Train and develop team members to deliver effective service aligned with customer expectations and brand standards.
