Position : Remote Night Dispatcher / Car Park Manager – Accra
Urban Cars GH LTD, a leading car rental service for Yango drivers in Accra, is seeking a Remote Night Dispatcher / Car Park Manager. If you’re a night owl with strong automotive knowledge and a knack for problem-solving, join our team!
This critical remote role supports our drivers throughout the night shift, ensuring smooth operations and immediate assistance for vehicle and app-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- 24/7 Driver Support: Be the primary contact for all night-time driver calls, troubleshooting vehicle issues remotely (e.g., basic mechanical, tyre, fuel problems).
- Operational Management: Notify drivers of assigned vehicles/handover details. Advise on app usage, bonus systems, and payment processes.
- Incident Management: Provide immediate assistance, escalate critical issues to management, and report significant night shift news and incidents.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive daily reports.

What We’re Looking For:
- Automotive Expertise: Foundational knowledge of car operations and remote troubleshooting skills are essential.
- Platform & Systems Savvy: Familiarity with Yango/ride-hailing driver working conditions. Proficient in Opteum, driver labour accounting systems, CRM software, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, graphs).
- Communication & Authority: Excellent verbal skills to provide clear instructions and gather necessary information from drivers.
- Problem-Solver: Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanour under pressure.
- Education: Degree or HND required.
- Location: Must reside in Accra, Ghana.
- Availability: Ability to consistently work night shifts.
