Position : Regional Ecosystems Manager – International

We’re building thriving ecosystems to drive innovation and sustainable growth, and we’re looking for a strategic Regional Ecosystems Manager to lead this effort in Western Afica.As our Regional Ecosystems Manager, you’ll be the key connector across sectors and stakeholders in your region—all from the flexibility of your home office. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to grow our ecosystem and drive collaborative initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote, fast-moving environment and can independently lead stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and manage strategic partunerships that align with our mission and regional goals
- Grow and nurture an ecosystem of stakeholders across government, private sector, NGOs, and local communities
- Lead ecosystem mapping and develop engagement strategies that reflect local dynamics
- Represent the organization in virtual meetings, regional events (online and occasional in-person), and ecosystem forums
- Collaborate with internal teams across time zones to deliver on partnership goals
- Track and report on ecosystem growth, partnership health, and regional trends
- Advocate for the needs and opportunities of your region within the broader organization

What We’re Looking For:
- Based in Western Africa with strong local context and networks
- 5+ years’ experience in partnerships, business development, ecosystem building, or community engagement
- Proven success in remote work environments; self-driven and proactive
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for communication, reporting, and collaboration
- Passion for systems thinking and ecosystem approaches
